Prize Description – What is Included

The winner will receive a 6-night stay in Tokyo for two (2) people, which includes:

• Six nights in a 2- or 3-star hotel (room only; breakfast not included)
• Wi-Fi device or eSIM for internet
• Arrival airport meet & greet service
• SkyTree Tower tickets for two
• Digital itineraries crafted by The Japan Tour Company
• Online WhatsApp support throughout the trip

Total estimated value: $3,000 ($1,500 per person).

What Is NOT Included

• Airfare
• Meals
• Local transportation
• Temple/shrine/museum entry
• Hotel taxes
• Anything else not expressly listed in the “What is Included” section

Eligibility & Free Entry

• Must be 18+ to enter or win.

• No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win.

• All participation occurs live during the event after the donation goal is met.

• You must be present on the livestream at the time of the drawing.

How to Enter for Free

1. Go to https://twitch.com/elorabliss during the Surviving for Santa event on December 6, 2025, between 10:00 AM and approximately 10:00 PM PST.

2. Log into your Twitch account. Creating a Twitch account is free at https://www.twitch.tv/signup.

3. Once the $10,000 donation threshold is reached, instructions will appear on stream.

4. To enter, type !join in the Twitch chat when prompted.

5. Entry is free. No channel points, purchases, or donations are required.

Drawing Method

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.

Travel Window & Additional Charges

• Winner must travel within 12 months at no additional charge.
• Travel 12–18 months after winning: +$200 per person.
• Travel 18–24 months after winning: +$400 per person (not combined with the above).
• Travel during March, April, or May: +$300 per person.

Travel Requirements & Restrictions

• Winner must provide at least 90 days’ notice of preferred travel dates.
• Travel insurance is required by company policy. The Japan Tour Company LLC does not provide travel insurance and the winner must obtain their own coverage from a licensed insurance provider.
• Prize is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and subject to availability.

Winner Responsibilities

Winner must ensure valid passports, pay any additional fees, comply with local laws, secure travel insurance, and cover any damages or incidental expenses.

Liability Release

Participants release The Japan Tour Company LLC and partners from any liability related to travel, delays, cancellations, or personal loss.

Modification or Cancellation

The Japan Tour Company LLC may modify or cancel the giveaway if necessary, including insufficient fundraising or force majeure events.
